Classy office spaces, cosy common-use areas, welcoming roof terrace
The first office building of Avia City will be completed in autumn 2023. The new and modern building has seven floors of which six house office spaces. The ground floor is planned with lobby services and the personnel restaurant. There will be a terrace and meeting rooms available for the tenants’ use on the top floor. The final space solutions will be made jointly with the future tenants of the office building.
